Valentine's Purse

Curiosity had my mind going on this one... I saw this purse created with Stampin Up's Top Notes and then punched with an oval/circle punch. I wanted to see if I could re-create it with my Gypsy and I was able too... felt great!. Although,my design is lacking soooo much... I'm not too pleased on how it came out. It's missing lots to glamour it up. I used 2 tags from my Gyspy Wanderings and welded a scallop circle but changed the width/height to oval it. I also used a Sizzix's "Love Notes" embossing folder "Love U Much" to create a tag. The inside is a gift bag that is attached to both sides of the tag to create a purse. This little bag is great for favors, goodie bags...etc... Hope you enjoy it. Thanks for stopping by.

Valentine's Explosion Purse

I saw this explosion purse on Qbeesquest blog and thought it was Super Cute!. I re-created it with Valentine's Day in mind... thought it would be a cute little bag for my daughter to give to her friends at school. Inside of purse fits lot's of goodies. Check out Qbeessquest blog for the instructions on the awesome little purse. For some reason, the link to add Qbeesquest blog is not working.. her blog is

Thank you Qbeesquest for the inspiration.

Diaper Baby Shower Invite

This is a perfect baby shower invite.. simple yet cute! I don't recall where the pattern came from... I kept a copy of an invite and re-created the pattern. Paper used is Bazzil's Basics Paper in Avalanche and I embossed it with Cuttlebug's Polka Dots folder... The shower info. is printed on a small 3x3 card on the inside.

Birthday Cake

My card is a sweet Quinceneria (15th birthday card)... In our Hispanic tradition when a young lady turns 15 a big party is held in her honor... with this in mind, I created this simple card for 2 challenges.

My Pink Stamper has her Imagine Pink Wednesday in which the challenge is to create something Yummy with either the Imagine or Cricut... For my card, I used my Cricut and created this cake birthday card which indeed is Yummy.

More than Favors by Paula has a Wacky Wednesday Challenge # 23 (Color Challenge) the colors to use are Brown, Pink, & Green.

My Card was made with the following:

Brown Card 5 1/2(w) x 5 1/2(h) Bazzill Basics Paper (Mocha)

Green Scallop was cut at 4.25

Cake stand cut at 2.25(w) x 2.25 (h)

Cake cut at 2 (w) x 2 (h)

15 cut at .75(w) x .75 (h)

I used my Gypsy & Cricut for these cuts... the cartridge used was Sweet Treats.

Thank you for visiting.. please come back soon!.

Terrific Tuesday Challenge

ScrappyMoms is having their Terrific Tuesday Challenge. The Challenge is to create something using Sweethearts Cartridge or any other cartride.
For my card, I used my "A Child's Year" cartridge.. the sweethearts cartridge is on my wish list. I also used "Gypsy Wandering" cartridge to cut the hearts at 4.75 (Black) and 4.30 (Tutu Pink)
My Base Card is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2.
Colors used are Red, Black, and Tutu Pink.
I used my Love Notes Sizzixs embossing folder to emboss the hearts. I doodled it with my white gel pen and my stapin' up marker in Melon Mambo. The stamp I used at the bottom "I Love You" is a stamp I found at Michael's for a $1.00... I couldn't pass it up. Thank you for visiting my blog and viewing my card. Hope to hear from you and please visit again. I would love for you to be a follower of my blog. Hope to see your creativity too.

Birthday Card

Today is Robyn's Birthday from My Pink Stamper. "Happy Birthday Robyn!"

She has posted a "It's My Birthday" Challenge and Giveaway. For my project, I have created a birthday card.

I have used the following cartridges:

  • A Child's Year for the Fairy holding a gift... for this I used Bazzil's Basics Paper in 2 shades of pink.

  • For the tag I used Gypsy Wandering's and I the paper used is from Hobby Lobby (Penny Lane/My Mind's Eye and the color is Tiny Pink Flowers.

For the card itself, I designed it on my Gypsy... It's a square Tag. I welded them together. The paper used for it is.. Basic Cardstock from The Paper Company in Charcoal Black. The balloons were cut using the cartridge "A Child's Year" and stamped with My Pink Stamper's Family & Friends Stamps. I also used a tiny flower stamp from Michael's. I used my White Gelly Pen and Stampin Up Markers to create the stiching.

I love this card... It is simply Adorable! Thank you for stopping by.

Wild Thing Valentine's Card

Throwback Thursday Challenge (My Creative Time with Emma)

For this challenge the following had to be applied on the project...

Use either one of the following cartridges:

Paper Dress Up

or Everyday Paper Dolls

and the project must include dry or heat embossing...

Valentine's is right around the corner and in deciding what to create.. I thought I'd create a card perfect to give to the love of my love... my hubby.

For this project I used my Everyday dolls cartridge...
I also used Bazzil Basics Paper in Black and in Red.

Used Black & White Doodle Hearts by the Paper Studio for the dress.

For the shoes I used Bazzil Basics Paper in Yukon Gold.

Hair is also Bazzil Basics Paper in Mocha.

The hand cuffs were cut out of Silver Metallic Paper.
On the embossing: I used Sizzix's Love Set Embossing Folders... ( I love these!.)

I used my Gelly Roll Pen (White) to doodle in the stiching..

For the face, I stamped it with Peachy Keen's Stamps (PK-490 Everyday Character Face Assortment)

Earrings are round sticker emellishments from Martha Stewart Crafts.

For the face I used chalk to add highlights to the cheeks.

I hope you like it... I loved creating it!
